Information regarding the reopening of the clubhouse on Friday 16th April.

As we look forward to reopening the club on Friday 16th April it is important that members are aware of what they may expect when they visit. Please ensure that you are aware of the requirements before you arrive.

*Opening hours - for ongoing review, and outdoors only :-
Friday 4pm-8.30pm
Saturday 1pm-9pm
Sunday 2pm- 7pm

•Service will be outdoor - please do not enter the pavilion unless you are using the toilets
•A one way system will be in operation throughout the building - the main doors for entrance and the ‘changing room’ door for exit . This will be strictly for access to the toilets only
•Contactless and card payments only for the moment - no cash. Payments will be taken outside or if the wi-fi isn’t strong enough; at the window - payment cannot be taken indoors
•As before only drinks bought from the bar may be consumed on the premises
•We really are so lucky to have such a big outside space so please feel free to bring your own camping style chairs or blankets in case the benches are already in use
*We have purchased a marquee, to provide cover, should the weather be inclement
•We ask that you please be prepared to scan the NHS APP QR code or if this is not possible, provide your contact details to the staff-these details will be kept securely for 21 days then destroyed - this is applicable to every individual attending
•Please remain in groups no larger than 6 or two households
•Hand sanitiser for your use will be at various points through the building should you need to use the toilets
•You must be a member of either the cricket or hockey club to visit the facility. You may however sign in 2 people (maximum) that you will be responsible for for the duration of your visit. You must sign your guests in using the visitors book - please do this before ordering any drinks
•We must ensure that the government guidelines regarding social distancing, group sizes and mixing of households are observed. As members you are responsible for ensuring you and your guests adhere to all guidance at all times
•Please follow the government guidance on self isolating and do not visit if you are feeling unwell
•Please remember that this is new to everybody and the staff and committee are so grateful for your patience and understanding going forward.
•Please see the most recent government guidance for any clarification of the social distancing measures or self isolation guidance
*Anyone not observing the regulations will be politely asked to leave

Lots of ‘rules; but we are very much looking forward to welcoming you back. If you do have any questions please do get in touch.
