After the previous Saturday M4's visited Rickmansworth 3's feeling confident for a result with a starting line-up of Kal Singh in goal and a back 4 of Graham Spicer, Ian Noble, Ananad Mann, Jon Parker and Simon Russell playing as sweeper M4's started well with the CM's of Josh Lake and Tony Farnan passing and playing well and making some good runs.

The LM and RM of Mehron Kirk and Alex Lake made good runs into the D creating chances for the lone striker of Harp Mann who had chances to score in the first period. M4's pressed the Rickmansworth 3's defence well winning a number of penalty corners in the first period that unfortunately weren't converted with the Rickmansworth 3's keeper saving well and the ball hitting the Rickmansworth 3's post at one point.

Despite the good play from M4's Rickmansworth 3's managed to find themselves a goal in the first period in the 25th minute slightly against the run of play which they held on until half time. In the second period M4's continued to play well with Enzo Kirk playing well in LM.

M4's had chances in the second period, however, Rickmansworth 3's had more of the play in which M4's defended stoutly. With 10 minutes to go M4's and Rickmansworth 3's lost a player each after receiving a 10 minute yellow card. Both sides continued to have chances, however, both teams defended well to give a final scoreline of 1 - 0 to Rickmansworth 3's...overall a good performance from M4's with M4's unlucky not to at least get a draw out of the game...PoM Ian Noble
